Returns

A refund will only be issued where the garment is deemed faulty and there isn’t an option for replacement or if an alternative size in the same style you ordered is unavailable for exchange. If the item is no longer in stock a full refund will be issued.

If you wish to return your garment it must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. I reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. 

To lodge a return please email hello@blondiethreads.com.au with your original order number and clearly state whether you believe your item is faulty or if you need an exchange. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order and your returned item must be received by me within 30 days of you receiving your order. If you believe your product is damaged or faulty please contact me immediately, as I will treat this with the highest of priority.

If you paid for express postage to receive your order and a return is made this fee is non refundable. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
